today learnt parking.. lol.. parallel parking is not as tough as i tot! LOL~ but den again.. its difficult to control the speed of the car! T.T but im still happy wif my results today.. lol.. considering i was so afraid of parking~ lol.. n i onli drop the pole once... i tot i sure hit uncountable times! LOL~
hope i can rem the pts to rem sia... anw~ next wk learning vertical parking~ LOL!
recap of today's lesson:
when parking...
signal left, reverse gear, slightly let go brake
when 1st pole disappear fr vision, full turn left..
when 1st back pole appear in right mirror, half turn right..
2nd back pole appear in right mirror, 1 turn right..
1st pole inline with left corner of car, full turn right..
look at rear view... reverse till 1m dist from front poles.. (rem to return to original in time)
[driving gear] if car slightly slanted, 1 turn left... (if car slanted a lot, full turn left) return to original.
reverse gear with the steering wheel unturned
put to parking gear, hand brake & check if car is parked slanted or not..
Moving off..
release hand brake, put to driving gear
dun turn steering and drive forward
Reverse gear, 1 turn left and return to original
signal right, driving gear, release a lil brake & full turn right
when 1st pole inline with left corner of car, return back,
pole is aft left mirror, 1 turn left
car almost str, return back to original
sounds tough huh? lol.. but den when driving, prac more.. den shld be fine... i hope i can get the hang of parking soon! ^^
i finally read fin my "memoirs of a geisha"... its nice!!!! LOL~ reali reali nice.. ^^ the writer could describe pretty well the scenes, the emotions.. hard to explain why nice la.. but recommend every1 shld read it! ^^
