two-sides

There's always 2 sides to things.

Saw a student doing her flag day duty.
Reminded me of the days where me & frdx dread flag days.
Always wondered why we were forced to holding the can on the streets when nobody seem to care enough to put money into the can. (of cos there's those who were kind enough who made our day)

It dawned on me today.
@ least we tried to ask for donations.
Without our help, perhaps fewer would donate.
Doesn't matter how much we collect @ the end,
what mattered was that we tried helping.

Human tend to look @ the bad side of things.
I'm no different. =(
I can't see the good side @ this point.

P.S: its been a month.
